MERCOLEDì 13 SETTEMBRE, dalle ore 8:20 alle 16:00 (come da calendario scolastico regionale 2023-24 in allegato e pubblicato anche nel sito), con anticipo e posticipo per chi lo richiede.
RIUNIONE GENITORI CLASSE PRIMA
Lunedì 4 settembre alle ore 18:00 incontro dei genitori degli alunni di classe prima con i docenti: una prima conoscenza e alcune informazioni per vivere in serenità la nuova esperienza scolastica.
LIBRI DI TESTO
Indicazioni relative alla fornitura dei libri di testo per l’anno scolastico 2023-24.
Come sapete, lo Stato Italiano fornisce gratuitamente ai propri cittadini, tramite cedola libraria, i libri di testo per la Scuola Primaria il cui costo di copertina è determinato dal Ministero dell’Istruzione .
La modalità di accesso a tale servizio, come lo scorso anno, è a discrezione di ciascun Comune. Vi indichiamo, quindi la procedura da seguire già da questi giorni.
Alunni residenti nel comune di Vicenza: la Segreteria si occuperà di scaricare le cedole e procurare i libri che verranno consegnati a scuola agli alunni. I Genitori non devono fare nulla, nemmeno accedere al portale del Comune per non compromettere lo scarico della cedola da parte della scuola.
Alunni non residenti nel Comune di Vicenza: i Genitori devono informarsi presso il proprio Comune sulle modalità attivate riguardo le cedole librarie. Nel caso in cui il Comune non ponesse particolari vincoli per l’acquisto dei libri, se preferite potete ritirare la cedola presso il vostro Comune e consegnarla anche via mail a segreteria@levisplona.it entro il 20 luglio in modo che la Segreteria possa prenotare e procurare i libri che verranno consegnati a scuola agli alunni nei primi giorni di scuola.
Alunni con Cittadinanza non italiana: la fornitura dei libri è a pagamento. Come gli anni scorsi, la segreteria procura i testi quindi comunica il costo ai genitori che provvederanno al saldo appena possibile.
IMPORTANTE : CHI INTENDE PROVVEDERE PERSONALMENTE AI TESTI SCOLASTICI (CON L’ACQUISTO DIRETTO O TRAMITE IL PROPRIO COMUNE) È GENTILMENTE PREGATO DI COMUNICARLO IN SEGRETERIA ENTRO IL 20 LUGLIO PER EVITARE DOPPI ACQUISTI.
Nota: il costo dei testi di inglese, più ricchi di contenuti visto il nostro orario di lingua inglese, supera di circa 20 euro quanto previsto dalla normativa. La differenza verrà comunicata a inizio anno ai genitori che quindi provvederanno al saldo.
L’elenco dei libri di testo adottati per l’anno scolastico 2023-24 è pubblicato nel sito.
MATERIALE SCOLASTICO
Gli elenchi del materiale scolastico 2023-24 di ciascuna classe saranno pubblicati nel sito nei prossimi giorni.
Le insegnanti hanno già comunicato ai propri alunni i suggerimenti per i compiti e le letture estive.
ANTICIPO E POSTICIPO
Per poter organizzare al meglio l’attività scolastica, se siete interessati al servizio di anticipo e/o posticipo vi chiediamo di compilare il modulo https://forms.gle/o79MyzkcMzzVdEkJ9 o segnalare tramite mail alla segreteria indicando gli orari di vostro interesse.
FESTA DI INIZIO ANNO
Vi anticipiamo che sabato 30 SETTEMBRE, dalle 9 alle 12, ci incontreremo per la consueta Festa d’inizio dell’anno scolastico con le famiglie, i docenti e coloro che operano e collaborano con noi. Sarà una bella occasione per dare il benvenuto alle famiglie dei bambini nuovi iscritti.
CHIUSURA ESTIVA
La SEGRETERIA chiude dall’1 al 23 agosto; il numero di cellulare 333 5485074 e la posta elettronica restano attivi per eventuali necessità.
Si ricorda che dal 28 agosto fino al 7 settembre sono aperti i centri estivi (contattare i Servizi Scolastici del CSI- informazioni anche nel sito della scuola www.levisplona.it).

FIRST CLASS PARENTS MEETING
MONDAY 5 SEPTEMBER AT 18:00 the teachers will meet the parents of the first class students for a first acquaintance and some information to live the new school experience in serenity.
REFERENCE: SCHOOL BOOKS
Please find hereunder the instructions for ordering school books for 2022/2023. As you know, the Italian government supplies its elementary school citizens with free text books through bookstore coupons. The price for these is determined by the Ministry of Education . There are different methods of acquiring the books depending on where the students reside. Hereunder please find how this can be done:
Students with Italian citizenship and residency in the Municipality of Vicenza
The school will take care of everything from retrieving the bookstore coupons to consigning the books to the students. Parents are asked to not proceed with requesting the townhall for the coupons as this will then cause difficulties for the school to retrieve them.
Students with italian citizenship that live outside the Municipality of Vicenza
As each municipality has its own way of operating, parents are asked to go to the townhall offices and ask for information on how to proceed. If the townhall does not give specific guidelines on how to acquire the books, parents can ask to have the bookstore coupons and send them to our secretary by email to segreteria@levisplona.it no later than the 20st of July 2022. We stress the importance of receiving them by that date otherwise we can not guarantee that they will arrive in time. Parents are also free to go to their local bookstore and order them themselves, using the coupons.
Students with foreign citizenship
Text books are not free for students with foreign citizenship. The school will proceed with ordering the books and having them consigned directly to the school. Once they arrive, parents will be asked to pay for them directly to the school.
IMPORTANT: THOSE WHO INTEND TO CARRY OUT THE SCHOOL TEXTS PERSONALLY (WITH THE DIRECT PURCHASE OR THROUGH THEIR MUNICIPALITY) ARE KINDLY PLEASE NOTIFY IT TO THE SECRETARY’S OFFICE BY 20 JULY TO AVOID DOUBLE PURCHASES.
Note: The cost of the English textbooks, which are richer in content given our English-speaking timetable, exceeds the provisions of the legislation. The price difference will be communicated at the beginning of the school year. Once this is done, parents are asked to pay for the total amount as soon as possible.

SCHOOL MATERIALS
The 2023-24 school material lists of each class will be published on the site in the next few days.
The teachers have already sent their pupils the suggestions for homework and summer readings
EARLY ENTRY AND/OR THE AFTERSCHOOL
In order to better organize school activities, we also ask you to let us know if you are interested in the early entry and/or the afterschool program. Please do so by filling out the attached form which you can find here:

BEGINNING OF THE YEAR PARTY
We anticipate that on Saturday 30 SEPTEMBER, from 9am to 12am, we will meet for the usual Beginning of the year Party with families, teachers and those who work and collaborate with us. It will be a great opportunity to welcome the families of the newly enrolled children.

The SCHOOL OFFICES will be closed from the 1st of August until the 23rd of August. If you need to contact us during that period, you may do so by calling the cell number 333 5485074 from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, or send an e-mail.
Please note that SUMMER CAMPS will resume from 29 August to 7 September (contact the CSI School Services and www.levisplona.it).
